I’m trying to teach Abby about diabetic alerting. She doesn’t get it. She just likes to give snuggles to the girl while I snooze. And by snooze I mean wait patiently for the opportunity to alert on a high or low BG.

And ignore me while I alert to a high.

And give me kisses.

So I guess Abby is good for something even if she can’t sense blood glucose. She gives me a break from the oppressive hugs the girl likes to give AND she gives me dog kisses. I don’t get those much anymore. Don’t judge. They are different than the kisses the girl gives me. Her nose is too warm.
