One paw means you should check. The double paw means you better check ASAP. So the mom checked. And the girl was on the high side.  But was headed even higher.  So yeah.  Sometimes drastic times call for drastic measures.   The mom was able to give the girl some insulin and get her BG back in range pretty quickly.  Go me. Whatever.  The cheerio was good.
