I know I know. It’s not actually Black Lab Friday, its Black Friday. And that’s all about shopping, not all about me. But I’m going to make this about me. Because I’m awesome.

So REI had this whole #optoutside thing for today, to try to get people to go outside instead of shopping.  Well, I’ve got a better idea. #optoutsidewithablacklab  Doesn’t that sound better?  

  
So the girl and I did just that!  We went outside. In Sedona, AZ. Oh and the mom and the dad and the grandma and the grandpa were there too. 

But anyways. It was a great day with some good alerts on my part and the girl stayed in good blood sugar range for most of the day.
